We have access to not only current listed properties, but also often have access to coming soon properties, and exclusive listings that may not ever go "on the market".

Evaluation of Asking price/value:

As a Real estate professional we have the tools to review sales data as it relates to a property for sale and assist you in determining a sound pricing strategy. We also can discuss overall market trends in the area to determine how it stands up to other properties in the area and if there are any current known factors that may impact future value.

Negotiations and Paperwork:

In most real estate transactions, it is the Buyers, and or the Buyer's Real estate professional responsibility to draft necessary offer paperwork. It takes experience and knowledge to ensure that you are drafting both competitive and balanced offers. There is also a great amount of time management and high needs for communication among the various parties when working towards an optimal outcome.
